Your physical fitness and Mental health go hand in hand. As much as it is important to keep the body fit, one can argue it might be even more to keep the mind fit. Meditation helps calm the mind, allows one to centre themselves & start the day with a level of inner focus that can’t be matched otherwise. 3. Drink lots of Fluids. ( We say over hydrate yourself )
It is mandatory in this whole routine to keep yourself hydrated and full of life. Our body requires a lot of fluids, which helps in regulating & flushing the toxins out of the body.
