As a personal trainer who has, over the years, specialized on lifestyle change clients, my training methods range from resistance training, metabolic conditioning, and circuit training programming. I strongly believe that fitness and movement are extremely important for one’s physical and emotional well-being. In fact, is by being able to create a fitness regimen that coincides with the client’s goals and lifestyle preferences that I am able to assure program adhesion overtime.
