Fitness Master Sijal’s Body strong consists of both high and low-intensity workouts that help to gain strength and eventually make your body strong. It’s filled with effective exercises and challenging movements that will isolate and engage the muscles in your upper & lower body! As we progress through the Body Strong class, we’ll activate your entire body, leaving you feeling great in your own skin!
