The yoga practice has been with me for half my life now. I started practicing yoga as a teenager and started teaching yoga at the age of 20. The yoga practice has accompanied me through the ups and downs of my life, happy and hard times, pregnancy and postpartum. When I teach I share from my heart what I have experienced myself. There is nothing that comes more natural to me than that. I truly love sharing my biggest passion and there’s no more joy to me than to inspire, encourage and help others on their journey to a more healthy, peaceful and happy life. Over the many years of teaching yoga in a private setting as well as to groups of 10 to 50 people per class, I have witnessed the healing and transformational potential of the yoga practice numerous times. I have seen so many different bodies, minds and people finding their strength and inner peace through a consistent yoga and meditation practice. The more I practice and teach, the more I become convinced of the power and transformational potential of yoga and meditation in our entire life.
