Our assessment is designed specifically for those who are seeking help but are unsure if therapy is for them. Not only does it provide you with a flavor of online therapy, it helps you understand yourself better. It also acts as a great starting point for those looking to start therapy as our licensed counselors can fast track your path to recovery.
How much does it cost?
Our assessments typically cost 99 AED but in order to promote mental wellbeing in the UAE, we’re offering it for as low as 29 AED.
Is there a commitment involved?
Not at all – if after your 15 minute session, you feel therapy is not for you, you can walk away freely – there shall be no love lost.
What happens if I wish to continue?
Our licensed counselor will guide you through the next steps and work with you to devise the best path you can take to feel better!
