What I’m excited to bring to Fitcy Health members:
After working for several years in the public system, I came to understand that today’s mental suffering and psychological symptoms are complex, and we need to face them with an active attitude toward classic forms of psychological approaches. I believe that putting into words our thoughts is not the same as thinking. I work with my clients starting from this basic psychoanalytic thesis, but I choose an active approach, questioning and interpreting. Trying to find personal meanings to general symptoms is my main objective, as I think that having a clearer interpretation of our history is the best way to find better guidance towards the future. In order to avoid the same mistakes and behaviour patterns, we need to know their meaning, achieving self-awareness and personal goals.
