Parenting can be a daunting task. Understanding the childs’ world and how they perceive things is of utmost importance especially in todays’ era. With my sessions, we’ll work together to understand the underlying problems if the child is not behaving well or the academic performance is declining along with tips to help the child (if already diagnosed) deal with Autism (mild), ADHD or Learning Difficulties. It also will help parents to further cope up with the challenges of various developmental changes. For adults, my sessions are here to benefit you mentally and emotionally by allowing you to get in touch with your emotions and understanding the relationship between your thoughts, emotions and behaviour.
