I am a psychologist with over 10 years experience. I have studied and worked with various cultures and diverse groups of people worldwide and this has helped me relate and understand individuals from various backgrounds, especially individuals adjusting in new places and with feelings of lack of support. I have supported children, teenagers and adults dealing with negative self image, anxiety, mood disorders, depression, relationship issues, eating disorders and autistic traits. Since childhood, I have had a strong passion and desire to help others deal with their worries and help them find solutions to their problems. This later as an adult, led me to study psychology and psychotherapy and provided me with the right tools to professionally support individuals. My studies and experience taught me that by looking deeper within ourselves, we can heal our wounds and make room for change.

Therefore, certain types of thoughts can affect the way we perceive the world and the way we can in turn subconsciously create our own reality. For instance, if we feel unloved, the world will appear unloving and our sense of being unloved is confirmed.
