Laura Dolan is a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Bsc (hons) degree in psychology. She has been working as a self-employed counsellor since 2020 and prior to this worked at various charities including Mind. She has an integrative approach which means she is person-centered but also uses other modalities in order to address past and current problems as well as helping clients to move forward to achieve their future goals. Laura has worked with a broad range of issues but has particular specialisms and experience in working with autism, abuse, attachment, anxiety, PTSD, relationships, depression and stress. She is passionate about helping people reach their full potential. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and hiking.

I am predominately person-centred in the way that I let you lead the session whilst using techniques as needed to help you move forward in your life.
