Lucía is a mental health professional with wide experience with the LGBTIQ+ community and anxiety disorders. Her approach is nonjudgmental, sensitive, goal oriented and flexible. Her studies include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, gender, diversity and human rights. She has experience collecting and analyzing data for psychology research, working with marginalized communities and as a university professor. Even though psychology is one of Lucía’s greatest passions, she also loves doing yoga, impressionist painting, writing and cooking.
