Margarita is a Clinical Psychologist and a healthcare professional on many sides.
In her private practice, she helps people with big dreams and deep worldviews — e. g. scientists, entrepreneurs, engineers, and artists — to believe in themselves, gain the strength they need, overcome difficulties, and make an impact on this world much easier (even if they have anxiety, depression, ADHD, or gender health special features). And with her soft skills team project called «Care Space», she supports others who are just at the beginning of this path.
Also, she takes part in healthcare professional education and international science popularisation as a lecturer, trainer, and expert in neuroscience and psychotherapy.
She first realised her passion for psychotherapy during her first master’s degree in management and economics. The real skills she trained there were about supporting her peers — as a caregiver, a negotiator and a mediator, and an active companion in problem-solving and decision making.
That’s when she started to dive deeper — by exploring books from human genetics and evolutional biology to philosophy and psychology. The purpose soon became clear: to help people have a meaningful life and suffer less relying on a deep understanding of the human body and brain.
Aside from this, she likes to play the piano and compose music, dance and keep physical strength, make cosy interiors and stylish looks, draw funny doodles and experiment with flavours.

What I’m excited to bring to Fitcy Health members:
I believe that every person can make their life more meaningful, bright, and fulfilling. Sometimes a small step is just enough to unlock a whole cascade of changes — even those that might’ve seemed impossible for us. Helping people find a way and take this step is the purpose of my work.
I find it very important for a person to get enough power to firmly stand on two grounds:
one ground is where we can trust ourselves — can see and prove our strength and skills in the real world, at any time;
another ground is where we can trust and count on people around us — without waiting for the magic to happen, but by creating a connection with our own wise hands.
And in my opinion, the most reliable base for that is the evidence-based practice and the scientific approach. As a clinical psychologist, I value that dearly and try to provide the best possible care with it to people coming for help.
