What I’m excited to bring to Fitcy Health members:
During the session, I’ll apply an integrated therapeutic approach that blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-centred Therapy (PCT), and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to assist you in resolving the difficulties that have been affecting you. I’ll serve as a mirror, allowing you to view your issues and goals more clearly. I’ll not be directive, which means I won’t tell you what to do because I believe you know best about your life. However, as much as you are comfortable, I will ask, reflect on, and even challenge your thoughts in order to help you achieve your goals and intentions
