Paula is a Clinical Psychologist, who has always been passionate about mental health. Along with starting her private practice, she started working at a hospital to gain experience working in a multidisciplinary environment, as well as being able to give counseling to persons with different pathologies. This helped her define her interests earning her specializations in grief and trauma, relationship between food and emotions, neuropsychology. She is currently doing her PhD in the Neuropsychology of Rare Diseases. She likes everything related to having a good health, that is why she practices sports, meditation, nature walks, has her own therapy sessions and likes to keep a positive attitude.
