Shakti is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Rehabilitation Council ) with 9 years of experience in hospitals and mental health facilities. She has been responsible for diagnosis, treatment, and follow-ups of patients with large gamut of psychiatric illnesses. Areas of expertise include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression, Anxiety and other behavioral issues, evaluation of Learning Disabilities and special needs in children and adults, providing individual and group psychotherapy. She has been a practicing Clinical Psychologist since 2013 with diverse experience in diagnosing and evaluating Psychological and emotional disorders of varied age group. Working with children as well as youth is her expertise as she has worked in pediatric hospitals, helping the children deal with various emotional, behavioral as well as academic issues to help them lead a more fulfilling life. In Singapore she has completed her Professional Diploma in Psychotherapy from The Positive School of Psychology.
