Theodora is a Health psychologist with 4+ years of experience in offering mental health services. She has worked with children, adolescents and adults with a range of mental health problems from university students to abuse & breast cancer patients. Her training is mainly in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Positive Psychology and she has specialised in stress management programs. Currently, she loves spreading the importance of taking care of our mental health. She also teaches Psychology to first and second-year university students.

I am passionate with helping people with empowerment and well-being. I find extremely important to teach my clients how to handle anxiety, stress, low mood and any other psychological complaints. This way a client leaves therapy with more knowledge about themselves and more tools to manage any difficulties that they may encounter for a long time. My approach is based on cognitive and behavioral techniques and positive psychology. During the sessions, I make sure to create an environment of mutual trust and unconditional positive regard with the client to make our collaboration as honest and efficient as possible.
