Hi! I’m Sijal and I have been into exercise and fitness for a little over ten years now. Recently, I learned that exercising, movement and maintaining an active lifestyle wasn’t just something I like to do regularly, but I am actually passionate about maintaining health and fitness levels, and that this translates really well into helping others do the same! What started as me helping a friend out has now turned into a full-on career change. My first love is filmmaking, which I am still passionate about, and fitness is where my heart, and I hope I can help you learn to love it too!

What I’m excited to bring to Fitcy Health members:
My training is directly inspired by CrossFit, but I also have a long history of practicing yoga. My classes are therefore heavily focused on making sure clients are using and maintaining the correct posture during every movement. I firmly believe posture takes great precedence over volume, and should never be compromised on. This also helps a great deal with injury prevention.
