From a young age, she was sensitized to identity issues. She graduated in Education but developed a keen interest in psychology. She obtained a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and pursued training as a psychotherapist. Arda believes in the unity of the psychological and physiological aspects of human beings. She is particularly interested in the soma, approaching it with a holistic perspective that aims to free individuals from their ailments. Arda is also passionate about art therapy, particularly theater and movement, and recognizes their therapeutic potential. She has received training as a psychodramatist under the guidance of Dr. Ben Rivers. Arda's ultimate goal is to help individuals understand themselves better and rediscover the joy of living, as she believes it to be the fundamental need of humanity.
