Christina has over ten years of clinical experience working with adolescents and adults from diverse background with various issues such as mental health concerns, relationships’ challenges, stress, burnout over ten years. Christina is passionate about her profession because it allows her to provide support to others Her approach mainly based to Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Positive Psychology but she combines various forms of psychotherapy customized to the particular client’s needs. Therapy is important for healing process and overcoming the obstacles from the past Christina provides a safe environment for the client to recognize and transform bad habits, problematic communication patterns and negative feelings into focusing on the positive one and the possibilities. Working together with the therapist, the client develops better tools to for coping with loss, building resilience and empowerment to deal life difficulties and achieve their goals. The client experiences a journey towards self-awareness, learn more about themselves, personal hooks and re- discovers their identity.
