Delfina began her career in mental health while studying at the University of Buenos Aires, working in palliative care with patients with degenerative diseases. After finishing university, she dedicated herself to specializing in CBT. Right now she is working in her private practice and in two institutions, providing short-term therapy to employees from various countries. With extensive experience working with anxiety and depression disorders, she considers it essential to provide a contextual approach to her work. She is also interested in gender issues, studying extensively about the subject. Passionate about cinema and literature, she really enjoys sharing recommendations with her patients. She considers art to be one of the most powerful healing tools we have. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the city she was born and exercising.

What you can expect from your first session:
Since I was a child, I believe that people have the inner power to change. I like to think of myself as a bridge that the patient may need for a while to cross over to a new life and new relationships. I don’t think therapy it’s only about finding tools and reducing symptoms, but also about the relationship of two people who meet to create something new. In this program I bring techniques and information, but specially a safe place where the patients can be themselves freely and at their pace.
