The focus of my psychotherapy practice is on intervention with adolescents and women to help them make sense of their world and to live the happiest and best lives they can.I’m excited to help people become aware of significant sensations within themselves and their environment so that they respond fully and reasonably to situations. To recognize their emotions and use an adequate defense mechanisms. To help them cope in different stress situations as well as to get to their full potential.
