She supports patients with limiting conditions and require support by intervention during the storms of life which are faced at some point of life’s journey. She believes that it is rewarding to support patients to meet their objectives on their journey to becoming the person they want to be. She is inspired and driven by the need to be understood and to understand, empathetically. She is humbled by humanity’s ability to nurture and be nurtured as a strength within relationships. She thrives on providing and maintaining a high quality standard of professional, ethical care to patients and she work within the limitations and boundaries set by the BACP’s Ethical Framework. As an integrative therapist she is aware that one size doesn’t fit all. She implements appropriate levels of treatment according to the individual’s needs. She respects client uniqueness and work with a range of issues impacting patient’s wellbeing to support them to meet their objectives. She works holistically, meaning that she works with the whole of a person’s mind, body, emotions and spiritual needs supporting patient’s autonomy to self-direct sessions. The core part of her work is supporting patients self-healing process. Her patient’s are the experts. Her aim is to gain a deeper perspective of relational behavioral patterns that either blocks, hinders or frustrates resulting in feeling stuck in situations they no longer choose to tolerate or continue experiencing. Her approach is individualized, person-centered and humanistic as she is conscious of experiential situations that require a realistic approach to client’s immediate mental health needs in particular during crisis. Working together, through difficulties, concerns and desired outcomes.
