What I'm excited to bring to Fitcy Health members:
I am here to help you relax your body and mind through the use of therapeutic body and movement-oriented interventions. Being relaxed and calm can help ease stress, depression, anxiety and anger. Our sessions contain both verbal and nonverbal processes. I create a safe and nonjudgemental space where you can connect with yourself on a deeper level. In our sessions, you will have an opportunity to tune into your body and find the healthy balance between body, mind and emotions. A relaxed body means a relaxed mind as a result, it is a cornerstone of inner peace. This helps you improve emotional, mental, social and physical experiences of your everyday life.
