What I'm excited to bring to Fitcy Health members:

Provide the appropriate environment/space to get to know you better so you can recognize and transform bad habits, wrong behaviors, impulsive reactions, sad perceptions and negative feelings into focusing on the positive ones and the possibilities that these thoughts, actions and new habits bring to your life. Through the expression, evaluation, exchange and organization of: emotions, thinkings, ideas, and sensations, we will be able to guide future actions, recognize attitudes, successes and difficulties, as well as alleviate pain and general discomfort. “Being able to speak frees you.” Enhancing and revaluing who we are, how we are, who we want to be and how we want to achieve our goals. We will design proposals in which we can outline clear objectives that contain desires and challenges. I strongly believe that in every moment of crisis there is an opportunity…. Resilience can be your path. You will explore how you cope the situations trying to face them in another way more useful and healthy for you.
