Sport has been her passion since childhood so she decided to get her fitness expert certificate while studying clinical psychology in college. She attained a master’s degree in sport and exercise psychology in London to help athletes with their mental game, and to promote physical activity into people’s lives. She also completed her trainings in cognitive behavioral therapy while working with different non-governmental organizations. She gained experience working with adolescents and adults going through depression, OCD, and anxiety. Simultaneously, she started teaching sport psychology courses and seeing athletes from different athletic backgrounds with different psychological barriers such as anxiety and low self-confidence. She is dedicated to inspire people to tap into their unique talents and strengths to be the best they can be. As a curious and enthusiastic student, Laura is still studying to complete her NLP certificate and is still partaking in seminars and courses.

What I'm excited to bring to Fitcy Health members:
We do whatever is necessary to improve our physical game, so why not do the same for our mental game? The mind controls the body so if your mind isn’t in a “good shape”, then you will never realize your physical potential. The starting place is to become conscious of your own thought process. Through my sessions, you will learn new psychological insights and mental techniques to address lifestyle and performance issues such as personal barriers, social problems, and self-limiting beliefs.
