What I'm excited to bring to Fitcy Health members:

I believe that loss of sense of control and uncertainty are the main reasons behind distress. For that, I support clients in becoming aware of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to gain control over them. I also support them in accepting the fact that we cannot control what is beyond us. I help them become aware of their internal and external resources to build their resilience and cope with life challenges and mental health problems.
