What you can expect from your first session:
My aim is to provide clients with a safe space to reflect on their emotions and thoughts. I strive to empower my clients to make their own decisions in line with their goals, and to set healthy boundaries in their relationships. In the course of therapy, it is important to be attuned, affirming, and supportive, and also working with the client to teach them skills to become their own therapist.
