He started his psychological journey by helping children and their families, adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, trauma, anger issue and developmental disorders using Cognitive behavioural therapy ( CBT). He also loves volunteering, football, swimming, and basically everything involving people!

Through my sessions , I aim to work on what to feed the mind daily for a positive mindset , communicate openly creating a safe space for all aspects of freedom, cope with all kind of past difficulties and most importantly I want my clients to know that everything is temporary, even therapy!
