Focus areas relate to depression, anxiety, relationships, eating disorders, weight loss, smoking cessation, adoptive families, perinatal depression, confidence related issues, phobias, and fears. After working in the corporate world for 17 years and experiencing it's challenges, Menna attempts to connect her unique experiences to create a blend for her clients that brings learning from Psychology & Neuroscience, transpersonal psychology, eastern healing techniques and Sufi techniques in a way that is customized for each person's beliefs and aspirations and suitable for working with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds. This stems out of Menna's deep belief that each person's journey is very different and needs a customized approach, and thus she aspires to be a supporting tool for the clients she is fortunate to meet during their journey of healing and self-discovery.

What I'm excited to bring to Fitcy Health members:
My program attempts to blend the strengths of western psychology, Hypnotherapy, eastern practices, Islamic psychology and sufi practices to create a unique approach to therapy that is customized to suit each individual's experience and personal beliefs. My main aim is to enable clients to find their path to unconditional love whether to themselves or those around them to achieve peace and have the best lives they can despite trauma they might have experienced. Hypnotherapy as a base for this practice while using the varying spiritual aspects customized to each client provides a faster and more sustainable result versus traditional approach to therapy. This enables a potential resolution of an issue in roughly 10-12 sessions allowing client to live their life without the continuous need for therapy where therapy becomes an occasional support and enabler and not a constant element. This aims to allow clients to thrive independently as the main goal of my therapy practice.
